By accessing or using stageburn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

stageburn is a task management application that provides project organization, kanban boards, backlog management, and time tracking features. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the Service (projects, tasks, comments, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Subscription and Payment

stageburn offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 3 projects with core features
• Pro Plan: Unlimited projects and premium features at $8/month

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPULSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
